21 Day Detoxification
This is a somewhat modified version of our two month program but
still focusing on the essentials of eliminating harmful toxins that have
infiltrated your system. Much of this program is centered on what you
eat. Your diet will consist of supplements and whole foods that contain
all the essential nutrients to support all the major organ systems
during a detoxification. More importantly, this 21 day program contains
foods that will assist you in maintaining a consistent, healthy weight.
Toxins
in our bodies can contribute to a variety of conditions such as
allergies, fatigue, inability to sleep, digestion or gastrointestinal
problems, weight gain, impaired mental clarity including depression, low
libido and even autoimmune disorders.
This detoxification
stimulates specific organs in the body- mainly the liver, kidneys and
intestines. With proper help from these organs, your body toxins will
decrease and your body will concentrate its energy on cleansing and
weight reduction. This will help you achieve optimal health by cleansing
the body from the inside out.
The foundation of this program
includes eating whole, organic, and unprocessed foods, taking whole food
supplements (big difference than synthetic supplements) and drinking
lots of water. You will eat raw vegetables and fruits from days 1-10 and
begin adding protein proteins on day 11.
During this time you
are also taking in whole food, dairy free shakes along with the
supplements which include colon cleansing, kidney and liver detox, and
green foods for a great source of phytonutrients, essential amino acids,
vitamins and minerals.
Along with everything mentioned above,
an elimination of some key items will be paramount including processed
or refined foods, most grains(except brown rice), pasteurized dairy,
nuts and seeds, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine and any other stimulants.

60 day program, you will get our support through emails, phone calls, or
face to face consults for your entire journey. In fact, it is not
recommended at all to go at this alone due to the physical and emotional

that you record daily what you have eaten, how you are feeling,
physical effects, amount of exercise, etc.
